Vulcan’s H-41 Marking System offers superb
360° visibility! The base component is a 3½" OD round post manufactured from
specially formulated high density polyethylene material with UV inhibitors.

There are several identification options when using this
system. Option
selections may be combined for greater visibility and identification. All messages are
printed on time proven materials to provide many years of useful life.

Option A
H41 Bullet Marker - The H-41 Bullet Marker utilizes a molded "bullet" top made from special HDPE
with ultra violet inhibitors. The custom graphics are heat stamped
into the plastic, which yields a superior product for outdoor weatherability. Several choices of colors are available for the bullet top.
Once the top is decorated, the top is assembled to the base post or can be
supplied as just a top for retrofit applications. An excellent choice
for marking underground utilities in high profile areas!

Option B
H-41 Cathodic Marker - The H-41 Cathodic Test Station utilizes specially formulated High Density
Polyethylene post with UVI inhibitors. The length of the post can vary
depending on your needs. Our standard post is 6' and is supplied with
a soil anchor.
Posts are available in white, yellow, orange and blue. Test
heads are available in red, white, yellow, orange, light blue, dark blue,
green and black.
The H-41 Cathodic Test Station is supplied with a heat stamped sleeve
attached to the post just below the test head. Or, a wrap decal can be
applied just below the test head.

Option C
H-41 Locator - The H-41 Locator Station
provides for the attachment of two tracer wires and a Ground wire to three
terminal lugs inside a line marker. The lugs are welded to an aluminum
sleeve, which is mounted inside the HDPE post.
To distinguish Locator
Stations from standard Marker Posts, a wrap decal or heat stamped sleeve
reading "SPLICE" or "ASSIST" can be applied.
The H-41 Locator Station allows for a consistent look in marking an
entire cable run, and eliminates the need for additional signs at splice
points. The locator also permits easier access to tracer wires than a
pedestal, since the terminal lugs are approximately 4 feet above the ground.
All Locator components are plastic, aluminum, or stainless steel to avoid
rusting.

Option D
H-41 Vent Marker - The H-41 Vent Marker is designed to fit over and attach to a standard 3 1/2"
or 2 3/8" OD riser pipe. In addition to acting as a warning marker,
the vented bullet head allows for detection of gas leaks.
The marker
eliminates labor required to paint and repaint risers while providing a more
professional appearance.
The inside diameter of the H-41 Vent Marker is 3.75" for the 3 1/2" riser
and 2.5" for the 2 3/8" riser. Other sizes are available.

Option E
Wrap Decal - custom made in either premium vinyl or reflective
sheeting and applied around the post. This provides full 3600
display of message. Matching or contrasting cap is
supplied affixed.
Option F
Wrap Sign - thin gauge aluminum and screen printed with our superior
thermoset inks. Wrap sign is roll formed and riveted to the post.
Matching or contrasting cap is supplied affixed.

The H-41 Marking System offers endless possibilities for
marking buried utilities. Colors, lengths, types, function and component
parts makes this system the most flexible when confronted with what to do.
